in this paper, we discuss the legal framework governing the reporting of corruption crimes in Algeria, by limiting the frameworks and measures taken by Algeria in this regard, which are summarized in two frameworks.

It also includes ensuring that modern methods of testimony or reporting of corruption are adopted, A second framework includes a set of motives with a criminal description, the most important of which are measures to intensify the punishment of some persons who fail to report crimes of corruption due to their qualities and status, and another motive is the exemption or reduction of punishment for those who cooperate with justice in this regard.
