As a result of the developments witnessed by the word in general and Algeria in particular as a result of the emergence and spread of the Corona Virus Covid 19 virus and its aftermath in the economic, social and security sphere, as many legal and political concepts and strategies have changed at the international and national levels.

As Algeria, like the rest of the word, imposed preventive and deterrent measures to confront the pandemic, it imposed restrictions on public rights and freedoms, and several laws and administrative organizations were put in place to meep pace with and synchronize with the crisis to limit its spread.
