Corona pandemic is considered a global health epidemic that is spreading in a short time as defined by some scientists, which affected the lives of people in many countries, which led to the adoption of a set of precautionary and preventive measures.

and since Algeria was affected by this global epidemic, it had to move quickly.

For this reason, a state of health emergency was declared and it is an exceptional measure that does not depend on merely ensuring health security, but goes beyond it to everything related to public health, whether at the local or regional level or international.

Therefore, we will define, through this research paper, public health and the reasons for declaring a state of health emergency, and then we will look at the measures that Algeria has taken to tackle the Corona virus.
