تسبب فيروس كورونا في و باء انتشر بين البشر و هذا ما اضطر الدول إلى الاستعداد لمواجهة هذه الجائحة و تلبية كل ما من شأنه المساعدة في الوقاية من انتشار الفيروس و مكافحته و هذا ما تطلب تحديد تدابير خاصة مكيفة لإجراءات إبرام الصفقات العمومية في إطار الوقاية من انتشار مرض فيروس كورونا (كوفيد -19) و مكافحته و هذه الإجراءات حددها التشريع الجزائري بموجب المرسوم الرئاسي.
Abstract EN
The Coronavirus has caused an epidemic has spread among people there fore a lot of countries of the world forced to prepare to face This Pandemic and to meet the needs to confront and crub the spread of the virus.
That which required the identification of special measures adapted to the procedures for concluding Public transactions in the context of preventing of the spread of Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and its control.
These measures were determined by the Algerian legislation under the presidential decree 20-237.
