The real estate registration system is one of the most important pillars of real estate control, the real estate behaviours and its declaration is the best guarantee to strengthen its ownership stability, and in this context two systems of real estate prevail: personal and inkind real estates.

During the colonial period and many years after the independence, Algeria was adopting the French regime implemented at that time.

However, Algeria had changed its thought through founding the in-kind system.

It is well established that the adoption of the in-kind system requires the completion of the survey procedures uncompleted yet, which requires the intervention of the legislator in order to impose real-time solutions that led to move away from which is constant and known within the system of the in-kind, and even that, the real estate system in Algeria is somewhat removed from these parameters.
