The aim of this research is to identify the impact of knowledge management in enhancing administrative performance in government institutions in Qalqilya Governorate, and a questionnaire was set to collect data from the research sample, a sample of (56) from workers in government institutions in Qalqilya Governorate was conducted.

This research is followed the descriptive analytical approach due to the appropriateness of its nature.

The overall percentage on the questionnaire expressions (0.

The most important findings of the research: The response to the impact of knowledge management in enhancing administrative performance in government institutions in Qalqilya Governorate was very high, in terms of percentage (81.

The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance towards the impact of knowledge management in enhancing administrative performance in government institutions in Qalqilya Governorate, due to the variables (gender, educational qualification, years of experience, job title).

Government institutions allocate enough time to get benefits from other experiences through applying knowledge management.
