يعد الحق في الحصول على المعلومة البيئية جزءا لا يتجزا من الحق في الوجود و الحق في التنمية فالحق في الحصول على المعلومة البيئية العمرانية يمثل اساس هام و ضروري لتجسيد و تكريس الوعي البيئي.
حيث تعد مخططات التهيئة و التعمير من بين الأدوات المكرسة لحماية البيئة من خلال آليتي الاستشارة و التحقيق التي يمر بها كل مخطط كل ذلك من أجل العيش في بيئة نظيفة سليمة و صحية فالاستشارة و التحقيق العمومي يعتبران كضرورة حتمية لتكريس و تجسيد المشاركة البيئية الفعالة من ناحية التطبيق.
Abstract EN
The right to environmental information is an integral part of the right to Reconstruction and reconstruction schemes are among the tools devoted to protecting the environment through the consultative and investigative mechanisms through which each scheme passes in order to live in a clean and healthy environment.
Consultation and public investigation are considered an imperative to devote and embody effective environmental participation in practice.
