The study aims to highlight the role of activity networks in scheduling the activities of the production process in economic institutions, so we conducted an empirical study at the EMB institution.

We concluded that the technique is important in scheduling the production process by estimating the expected duration and expressing it in expected quantities, and Follow-up implementation through controlling the actual quantities in order to achieve the production plans.
