Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the role of quality of services provided by the libraries of Palestinian universities in knowledge management.

The study focused on the theoretical aspects of digital libraries because of their importance in the world of accelerated knowledge, to achieve the objectives of the study A questionnaire was designed and distributed to the sample of the study which reached 65 subjects.

The results were subjected to statistical analysis and the hypotheses were tested.

The study concluded that there is a positive relationship between the quality of services offered by traditional libraries and knowledge management, as well as a positive relationship between the quality of services provided by digital libraries and knowledge management.

The researcher recommends the establishment of an integrated training program for all university employees to keep pace with modern scientific developments in the digital field.

The study recommended the need to consolidate and develop the concept of knowledge management among faculty members and administrators regardless of the curve of experience or degree and benefit from open source software, and work on Urbanization and development in accordance with the requirements.
