The organization today faces several challenges directed towards change, which connects the development of the environment with organizational dynamics.

Where organizations face the necessity of dealing with the instability resulting from accelerated and disruptive innovation in the field of modern technology, which leads them to transform their activity and maturity according to a digital vision directed towards digital transformation in order to take advantage of the benefits of digitization or unconsciously .and often the failure or success of the organization in its transformation is due to organizational factors, perhaps the most important is organizational culture this study aims to identify the organizational culture embracing change and based on values that enable it to support the digital transformation.
