The study aims to analyze the activity of innovation in Algeria by analyzing the determinants of the national system of innovation, which concluded that the relationship between the research system and the production system indicates weak links, although it created several poles to implement it, which reflects, on one hand, the difficulty of transferring knowledge towards the institution (weakness Founders), and on the other hand, weak research and development activity which indicates structural weakness.
