تهدف الدراسة إلى تقصي اثر كفاءة نظم المعلومات على فاعلية صنع و اتخاذ القرارات في البنك المركزي اليمني و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث بتطوير و تقييم استبانة وتوزيعها على عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من (70) مفردة استرجع منها (64) استبانة صالحة حيث أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان هناك اهتمام و توجه إيجابي لتصورات العامليين لكفاءة نظم المعلومات بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.
56) و جاءت تصورات و توجهات العاملين مرتفعة عن فاعلية صنع و اتخاذ القرار في البنك المركزي بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.

و أظهرت الدراسة أيضا أن هناك اثر إيجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية لكفاءة نظم المعلومات في فاعلية اتخاذ القرارات.
Abstract EN
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the efficiency of information system on the effectiveness of the decision making process in central bank of Yemen.
In order to achieve the objectives of this study a questionnaire was developed and distributed among the sample's study, which consisted of (70) subjects, (64) members responded.
Validity and reliability of questionnaires were computed.
