Abstract EN

Since independence, the Algerian legislator has paid great importance to confronting economic crime in all its traditional and modern forms, and aware that the criminal judiciary system in its traditional form does not respond to the requirements of combating this type of armed crime with the latest technological ,and In line with the recommendations of the Justice Reform Project aimed at establishing more effective judicial organs and establishing the foundations of a solid judicial system through which the citizen's confidence in justice can be restored, the legislator set up specialized criminal poles, in an attempt to create a specialized judiciary to fight economic crime.

To find out the importance of the economic criminal judge’s specialization and the extent to which the Algerian legislator adopts this idea, we are trying through this study to find out the legislator’s position on that,and the efforts made to achieve this goal, referring to the recommendations that can be taken in order to preserve and develop the results achieved in this regard, by accelerating the realization of the principle of specialization of the criminal judge in general and economic in particular.

Depuis l’indépendance, le législateur algérien a attaché une grande importance à la lutte contre la criminalité économique dans toutes ses formes.

Conscient que sa forme traditionnelle ne répond pas aux exigences de la lutte contre ce type de crime, armé des derniers moyens technologiques, le législateur opte pour les pôles pénaux spécialisé pour lutter efficacement contre la criminalité économique.

Cette étude a pour objectif de déterminer la position et les efforts consentis par le législateur au sujet de la spécialisation du juge pénal en matière économique.
