يتعلق موضوع هذه الدراسة بخصوصية الأثر أو النتيجة التي يحدثها السلوك الإجرامي بالنسبة للجرائم الاقتصادية و ذلك من خلال فكرة تبني المشرع الجزائري لمبدأ المساواة بين السلوك الإجرامي المحدث أو المنتج للضرر المادي المؤدي إلي تغيير في العالم الخارجي - ألا و هو الإضرار بالمصالح الاقتصادية المحمية قانونا- و السلوك الإجرامي ذو الأثر أو النتيجة التي لا ترقى إلى حد الخروج إلى العالم الخارجي و إنما أثره يتجسد في خطورة ذلك السلوك و تهديده بالضرر للمصالح الاقتصادية مستقبلا و بالتالي يسلم المشرع الاقتصادي بفرضية مفادها أن البناء القانوني للركن المادي للجريمة الاقتصادية غير ثابت وأنه يتأرجح بين نتيجة الضرر المادي للمصالح الاقتصادية المحمية قانونا و نتيجة الخطر الذي يهدد بالضرر المصالح الاقتصادية
Abstract EN
The subject of this study relates to the specificity of the impact or the result that criminal behaviour causes in relation to economic crimes, and that is through the idea of the Algerian legislature adopting the principle of equality between criminal behaviour that is updated or produced to material damage that leads to a change in the outside world , that is harm to economic interests Legally protected , and criminal behaviour with an effect or result that does not amount to going out to the outside world, but rather its impact is embodied in the seriousness of that behaviour and its threat to harm future economic interests, and therefore the economic legislator recognizes the assumption that the legal structure of the material corner of the crime Economics not fixed, and its collates between the result of material harm to legally protected economic interests, and the result of the risk that threatens economic interests.

Cette étude porte sur la spécificité de l'impact ou du résultat que le comportement criminel provoque dans les crimes économiques, à travers l'idée du législateur algérien adoptant le principe d'égalité entre les comportements criminels qui créent ou produisent des dommages matériels entraînant un changement dans le monde extérieur, qui porte atteinte aux intérêts économiques légalement protégés, et les comportements criminels avec effet ou un résultat qui n’équivaut pas au point d'aller vers le monde extérieur, seulement son impact est incarné dans la gravité de ce comportement et sa menace de nuire aux intérêts économiques à l'avenir, donc législateur économique reconnait ainsi la prémisse que la construction juridique de l’élément matériel de la criminalité économique instable, oscillant entre le résultat d'un dommage matériel aux intérêts économiques légalement protégés et le résultat d'un danger menaçant de porter atteinte aux intérêts économiques.
