These authorities and regulation in financial field, in the light of Algerian law, consists on the commission of organization and control of stock exchange operations, which was created in virtue of the legislative decree n°93-10, and which qualified expressively by an independent authority of regulation.

This authority enjoys a special character on the pretext of gathering several attributions at the same time and its dependence towards the executive authority.

This particularity has an impact on the encouragement of investment in the financial field in order to measure the efficiency of the markets of capitals as a mechanism of exchange to finance the economic projects.

La commission d’organisation et de surveillance des opérations de bourse est parmi les autorités de régulation du secteur financier en droit Algérien, crée par le décret législatif n° 93-10, est qualifiée comme une autorité de régulation indépendante.

Cette autorité est caractérisée par son caractère particulier ou spécifique car elle cumule plusieurs pouvoirs en même temps, cette spécificité a un effet sur l’encouragement des investisseurs dans le domaine financier afin d’arriver à l’efficacité du marché financier comme mode alternatif du financement des projets économiques
