ألزم المشع الجزائري كل شخص طبيعي أو معنوي مستغل للمنشآت التي تستقبل الجمهور بتأمينها طبقا للمادة 164 من الأمر رقم 95-07 المتعلق بالتأمينات و كذا أحكام المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 95-411 المتضمن إلزامية تأمين الأشخاص الطبيعيين و المعنويين من مسؤوليتهم المدنية في استغلال المنشآت التي تستقبل الجمهور مبينا بذلك شروط إلزامية التأمين في هذه الحالة و محله.
Abstract EN
The Algerian legislator obliges any natural or legal person to ensure his civil responsibility as for the exploitation of constructions receiving the public, and this in accordance with article 164 of ordinance 95-07 relating to insurance and also to the provisions of executive decree number 95-411 laying down the obligation of civil liability insurance for natural or legal persons exploiting constructions receiving the public.

Le législateur algérien oblige toute personne physique ou morale d’assurer sa responsabilité civile quant à l’exploitation des ouvrages recevant le public, et ce conformément à l’article 164 de l’ordonnance 95-07 relative aux assurances et également aux dispositions du décret exécutif numéro 95-411 portant l’obligation d’assurance de responsabilité civile des personnes physiques ou morales exploitants des ouvrages recevant le public
