The organization and Motivation of SMEs in Algeria is determined by examining their situations and roles in promoting development, in particular through the specific legal framework of these companies since 2001 The application of this framework has shown a weak contribution and an inability to reach a significant level of growth, hence the will of the State has reconsidered their roles with a view to improvements and within the framework of investment (2016), through the directive law (2017), which includes new methods These are mentioned in the tripartite rule, which provides institutional and financial support as well as structures operating according to flexible procedures which combine simplification and orientation.

L'organisation et la motivation des PME en Algérie sont à l’oeuvre depuis 2001.

Toutefois, le cadre juridique les régissant a montré une faible contribution et une incapacité à atteindre un niveau de croissance significatif, d'où la volonté de l'Etat a reconsidéré leurs rôles dans une perspective d'améliorations du cadre d'investissement (2016), par le biais de la loi directive (2017), qui inclus de nouveaux modes d’organisation.

Cette démarche s'inscrit dans la volonté d'optimiser l'usage des ressources pour une augmentation des performances économiques et sociales, afin de renforcer la compétitivité des PME.
