The phenomenon of the fragmentation of public international law is at the same time an expression of its own specificities and a result of its expansion and diversification because of its accompaniment to the phenomenon of globalization and the ambition of international actors to "legalize" » all areas of international life.
The present study will try, in the light of the work of the International law commission, to explain this phenomenon in particular with regard to the objective and principle of legal certainty with a projection into the future of International Law which can be able to find its salvation within an approach to order pluralism and not to abolish it.

Le phénomène de la fragmentation du droit international public est à la fois une déclinaison de ses propres spécificités et un résultat de son expansion et de sa diversification du fait de son accompagnement au phénomène de la mondialisation et de l'ambition des acteurs internationaux à « juridiciser » tous les domaines de la vie internationale.
La présente étude tentera, à la lumière des travaux de la commission du droit international, d'expliquer ce phénomène notamment pour ce qui est de la finalité de sécurité en se projetant dans l'avenir de ce droit qui pourra trouver son salut dans une approche visant à ordonner le pluralisme et non pas à le supprimer.
