يعد التقادم المكسب القصير النوع الثاني من أنواع التقادم المكسب للملكية التي نص عليها المشرع الجزائري في نصوص القانون المدني و اشترط فيه أن تقترن وضع اليد بالسند الصحيح مشفوعا بحسن النية لمدة عشر سنوات و هو ما يعرف بالتقادم العشري وفقا لنص المادة 828 من القانون المدني الجزائري و مدة لا تبدأ إلا باجتماع السند الصحيح مع الحيازة.
Abstract EN
The abridged acquisitive prescription is the second type of acquisitive prescription of goods provided by the Algerian legislator in the texts of the Civil Code, and it is stipulated that the placement of the hand must be accompanied by a just title of good faith for a period of ten years, what is called the limitation period of ten years according to the text of article 828 of the Algerian Civil Code, And this period begins only with the union of just title and possession.

La prescription acquisitive abrégée est le deuxième type de prescription acquisitive des biens disposé par le législateur algérien dans les textes du Code civil, et il est disposé que le placement de la main doit être accompagné d'un juste titre de bonne foi pour une période de dix ans, ce que l'on appelle le délai de prescription de dix ans selon le texte de l'article 828 du Code civil algérien, Et cette période ne commence qu’avec l’union du juste titre et de la possession.
