Abstract EN

First of all; There are numerous forms of protection provided by the legislator to the wage of the worker with the multiple risks to which the wage is liable to lead to failure to pay in whole or in part.

Some of these risks originate from the employer himself and his creditors, while others are the creditors of the worker himself.

In this study, we will deal with one of the risks to pay, namely, the bankruptcy of the employer and the contention of his creditors, and the consequent loss of the worker in whole or in part.

And we will discuss the means prescribed by law to protect the worker from this danger is to give the status of concession to his remuneration.

Les garanties du salaire mensuel d’un salarié prennent différentes formes.

La concession est considérée en droit Irakien comme l’une des garanties les plus importantes.

La présente recherche a pour objet d’étudier un des risques liés au salaire : la faillite de l’entreprise et la multitude des créanciers ; la concession est alors la plus utilisée dans ce cas.
