Le législateur algérien adopte quelques mécanismes juridiques tendant à la protection du consommateur électronique dans deux textes importants : la loi n° 18-07 relative à la protection des personnes physiques dans le traitement des données personnelles et la loi n° 18-05 relative au commerce électronique.
