Abstract EN

This study aims to shedding a light on Algerian labor market analyzing critically certain phenomenal cases like employment, demography, the age structure of habitants; it can be observed that it is of great challenges for Algeria to make its developments efforts for real.

Thus, the main challenges that could face with are of investment capabilities level, and human competences, especially youth people.

This category is considered as the overall of an unemployment rate has decreased thanks to the implementation of several anti-unemployment measures, it is not , however, the case for the youth category especially for those holding higher degrees.

In our view, this is due to the unstable economic situation that Algeria is going through.

With studies confirming that the population of Algeria is expected to exceed the threshold of 50 million inhabitants in the year 2045.
