This research aims to asses the level of health services in public health institutions by studying the reality of the hospital institution specialized in ophthalmology (Oran - Algeria) and the extent of its impact on patient satisfaction depending on the quality of Health Services.
This study was able to conclude that the patient is rather satisfied on all dimensions.
