the legislator has ensured mechanisms that make protection effective, especially in the pre-contracting stage, where most of the jurisprudence focuses on this stage because of its extreme importance and its importance on consumer satisfaction, and thus the legislator had to ensure informed consent for a consumer, so that he stands at the true nature of the product or service and demand for it, with a free and clear will.
