The role of SMEs in national economies has become a priority for countries to complete development projects and to achieve economic growth and social and represents this type of pillar institutions and an important base and the stage can not be dispensed with in the implementation of economic reforms and the development of a strategy framed to acquire new comparative advantages, the study aims to demonstrate the importance of this type of institutional contribution to the various macro-economic indicators of the Algerian economy development during the period 2009 / 2016, based on statistical bulletins in charge of SMEs.
