Abstract EN

This research dealt with the most prominent and important problems that the road of work accident raises in the social security law of Jordon and comparing it to the French and the Egyptian law and it was indicated for us that the power of work in terms of economy science is an important good that is subject to the law of supply and demand, that is what called for the need of achieving a system that enables the workers to be safe against the hazards that existed due to varying degrees of physical disability and shortage of ability to work because of the injury that was because of their work.

so occurred the systems which through it the country paid attention to extending the insurance protection to include the most part of the dangers that the workers face when they exist.

the study showed the causes of protecting the worker against the hazards of work road accident and the legal base of protecting workers against the accidents of work road, also it indicated the extent of the Jordanian project in extending the scope of protection to include the accidents of the road exceeding each of the French and the Egyptian legislations, despite this extension the Jordanian legislator did not identify the corresponding entity for the place of work in the Jordanian law although it must be identified for example and considering the home of the worker according to its realistic concept through defining two points for the start and the end of the work road which is the better attitude to activate the idea of stopping and remaining and deviation off the natural road of the work (road events).

also we concluded through this study that the Jordanian legislator must consider the incentive that enforces the insured to deal with any of road events.

and it was indicated eventually that we must consider the personal and objective standard in determining natural road where each worker's circumstances is regarded individually such as considering the character of the person in terms of the ability to bear the circumstances in accordance with natural road geographical cut off.
