Abstract EN

This research aims to highlight the rights and status of children with special needs in Algeria and its most important efforts to improve this situation, especially in the areas of health and education within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals.

By presenting and evaluating the laws and the health and educational realities of this category, we have made great efforts to promote and empower them within the framework of the third (health) and fourth (education) objectives of sustainable development, but what is embodied is far from the aspirations of these children And their families.

This group continues to suffer from lack of access to health and social necessities and difficulties in integration into the school and social environment, especially in the interior and southern regions, particularly in females
