The aim of the research is to study the relationship between anxiety about Contagion with corona virus (Covid-19) and the housewife's management of daily preventive behaviors from the virus during the pandemic.

The research tools were the primary data form for the family, the questionnaire for anxiety about Contagion with corona virus, and the questionnaire of Management the daily preventive behaviors of The housewife during the pandemic, And the research tools were applied to (285) housewives who were deliberately chosen from the housewives in the governorates of Menoufia, Cairo, Giza, Alexandria and Dakahlia, It is the most governorate in terms of the number of Corona Virus infections during the field application period, and the research followed the descriptive and analytical approach.

Among the most important results of the research was that: there are 68.8% of housewives, suffers from high and medium levels of anxiety about Contagion with corona virus, and there are 57.9% of the research sample is at the high level of managing daily preventive behaviors from the virus.

The existence of a statistically significant correlation relationship at the level of significance 0.001 between the anxiety about Contagion with corona virus and the daily preventive behaviors management against the virus during the pandemic, with its axes (personal-food-clothing-housing), There is a statistically significant correlation relationship between some research variables (age-family size-educational level of the head of the household and housewife - income of the family) and the anxiety about Contagion with corona virus (Covid-19) at significance levels 0.01, 0.05, There is a statistically significant correlation relationship between some research variables (family size-educational level of the head of the household and housewife - income of the family) and the daily protective behaviors from the virus during the pandemic at a significance levels 0.01.

The existence of statistically significant differences between the mean scores of housewives, the research sample in both The Anxiety about Contagion with Corona Virus (Covid-19) and daily preventive behaviors from the virus during the pandemic according to the research variables (housing governorate -residential environment - work of housewife- the suffering of a family member Of corona Virus - the presence of elderly persons in the family - following up on news and reports of the new Corona virus in various media) at a level of significance of 0.001 For the benefit of housewives from Cairo governorate, rural housewives, unemployed housewives, families without elderly people, and housewives who do not follow news and reports of the virus in the media, worried about infection from the virus.

And for the benefit of housewives from Giza Governorate, urban housewives, working housewives, families with elderly people, families whose members suffer from a corona virus, and housewivs who follow virus news and reports in the media in managing daily preventive behaviors from the virus.

While there are no differences in the anxiety about Contagion with corona virus due to the presence of elderly people in the family.

Among the most important independent variables was an explanation of the occurrence of the dependent variable (management of daily preventive behaviors from the virus during the pandemic) the educational level of the housewife, the anxiety of infection with the Corona virus, the work of housewife, and the age of the housewife, respectively, with a participation rate of 79.2% for the four variables combined..

From the most important recommendations of the research was the necessity of presenting awareness programs for housewives to reduce the anxiety about Contagion with corona virus and raise awareness levels of managing daily preventive behaviors from the virus through psychological counseling centers, the media and online platforms of the Egyptian Ministry of Health.
