Abstract EN

The research aims to reveal the effectiveness of three participatory learning strategies in an electronic learning platform in developing communication skills and producing digital learning resources for educational technology students.

The sample was divided into three experimental groups, to be used with each strategic group of participatory learning strategies, the first group used the strategy of simulating participatory learning via the web to learn in the classroom environment, the second group used the participatory product strategy, the third group used the strategy of the transfer file, and the research tools were represented in a cognitive test to measure the cognitive aspect of the skills of producing digital learning resources, a product evaluation card to evaluate the produced learning resources, and a measure of communication skills.

The results reached the effectiveness of all participatory learning strategies in the cognitive and skill acquisition of digital learning resource production skills, and the development of communication skills among educational technology students, and the results also showed the superiority of the participatory learning simulation strategy group via the web for learning in the classroom environment over the participatory product strategy group and the transfer file strategy group.

Also, the participatory product strategy group outperformed the transfer file strategy group, and the research recommended the necessity of making use of all the different participatory learning strategies in the educational process in its various stages.
