English Abstract

The technological boom affected the educational system and this led to a diversity of forms and methods of learning, and the relationship between the teacher and the learner developed, and some new educational trends emerged, such as distance education, and electronic learning, which was based in most applications on wired communications to That the possibilities of investing wireless communication technology in general, and mobile phones in particular, began to appear on the horizon, in order to emerge a new concept known as mobile learning environments.

And interaction via the web The communication theory based on the principle of networking emphasizes digital learning via networks, and the use of computer technology tools and the Internet in education.

This necessitates the need to design mobile learning environments according to a set of principles and standards that help design interactive and attractive mobile learning environments and achieve the principles of the theory.

Therefore, the current study sheds light on some standards for designing mobile learning environments, including technical and technological field standards, pedagogical standards, teacher-specific standards, and learnerspecific standards.
