Abstract EN

This study aims to investigate the methods of balancing within the framework of outsourcing companies, between meeting the needs of large economic and commercial enterprises on one hand, the fact which would advance economic development, and establishing social justice by preserving the rights of workers in these companies in light of the insufficiency of laws regulating outsourcing activities on the other hand.

As a participatory strategy - beyond any doubt - outsourcing has proven its effectiveness in developing economies and advancing them in a way that would support economic development.

However, the social development bet, in many countries, continues to face many problems in light of the circumstances known to various companies involved in outsourcing.

Thus, this study attempts to identify the most important risks of adopting outsourcing, as well as the most important measures to control this activity in outsourcing companies to ensure social justice, by pointing out what has been done in both Tunisia and Morocco.
