Abstract EN

The present work aims at highlighting the role of E-management in modernizing the public utility in Algeria and improving the quality of the public service provided as an axiom in the administrative, economic, social, and cultural development which back to the played role of information and communication technology in establishing administrative in electronic management.

This paper also aims at displaying the applicable models of electronic management system in some sectors, and its importance and effectiveness in completing transactions and their speed, reduce the burden, effort, money, and time.
