In view of the great role that the theater and cinema director plays during his treatment of texts and scenarios that narrate various issues and topics, we will try in this article to penetrate into the depth of works and artistic functions that the approach of most directors in their artistic preparations from the closure of the text on himself and his reading to the world of movement, art and representation in The last stages in which he is born again with a creative innocence and a clear artistic imprint in which the teaching and directives of the supervisor or director have interfered with artistic works in theater and cinemaFor this we tried in this research paper to shed light on the director's job and the directing process between his artistic role to prepare a theatrical performance or to produce a movie, by tracking the most important stages he performs since his choice of theatrical text or movie scenario to the last stage of the work.
