Algerian cinema has experienced a fluctuation in production and a difficulty in competing with international cinema in terms of both the value and the importance, because it seems impossible within communities characterized with the ence of technology and high-quality means of communication and reporting, as well as the lack of strategic policy by the pioneers of Algerian cinema to restore the glamour during the liberation revolution and independence when the homeland was the first interest of the first generation of young filmmakers who contributed to its emergence.

In this article, we will try to understand the situation of Algerian cinema in the process of its emergence, development, decline and its nature that struggles for self-affirmation in the context of cultural globalization, so here we wonder: How can we describe the cinematic experience in Algeria? And how she addressed the daily reality in the midst of its development.
