Abstract EN

This research paper covers the process of social communication within workers in work organizations according to a set of dimensions mainly, psychological, organizational, religious and anthropological perspective.

It aims at elucidating the most important factors and methods that would activate social communication between employees, and employees and leaders.

These methods will, actually, provide the organization the ability to guide and frame the common objectives of the organization and workers as well.

Besides, they tend to disseminate the culture of cooperation, participation and unity among individuals, by establishing spaces for dialogues and respecting the others' opinions, in addition to accepting criticism, discussion and consultation in the construction of the policy and philosophy of the organization.
