The last years of the Ottoman rule of Bailek were marked by the Algerian West, with the outbreak of the most dangerous popular revolution led by the Tijaniyya method, and the flames of this revolution coincided with the aggravation of the political, economic, and social situation of the Dayat government, so its threat was serious, which made the reaction of the Ottomans violent and cruel, especially as the revolutionaries did not hesitate.
