تهدف هذه الورقة الى معرفة أهم مظاهر التغير الاجتماعي في الأسرة الجزائرية معرفة أشكال التغير الاجتماعي و تجلياته في الأسرة الجزائرية حاليا خاصة في ظل الكم الهائل من التراكمات التي يعيشها العالم العربي و المجتمع الجزائري على وجه الخصوص.
و من النتائج المتوصل اليها أن مظاهر التغير الاجتماعي تجلت بشكل واضح على مستوى الخصائص البنيوية والوظيفية من حيث انتشار الشكل النووي للأسرة و تعدد مصادر التنشئة الاجتماعية.
كذلك على مستوى منظومة العلاقات الاجتماعية في المدينة نجد العلاقة داخل الأسرة قوية متماسكة قائمة على المساواة المرونة و التعاون بين الزوجين بينما تتسم العلاقات القرابية و الأسرية في المجتمع الحضري بشكل عام بالضعف.
بالإضافة إلى ذلك نجد مظاهر أخرى مرتبطة بمنظومة القيم الاجتماعية حيث تميز نسق القيم و المكانة في الأسرة بالتأكيد على الفردية مقابل العائلية و الديموقراطية مقابل التسلطية الأبوية خاصة في ظل خروج المرأة إلى العمل.
و من زاوية أخرى تغلبت القيم المادية على علاقات الأفراد و أصبحت المصالح هي التي تحدد العلاقات خاصة في ظل تربع ثقافة الصورة علىى عرش الفكر
Abstract EN
This paper aims to identify and know the most important aspects and forms of social change in the current Algerian family.
Especially in light of the huge amount of accumulations experienced by the Arab society and Algerian one in particular.
As a result, the forms of social change have been clearly manifested at the level of structural and functional characteristics in terms of the spread of the nuclear form of the family and the multiplicity of sources of socialization.
In general, familly relationships in urban societies are weak.
In addition to this, we find other forms associated with the social value system, where the pattern of values and status in the family focus on individulism versus familism, and democracy vesrsus patriarchal domination especially in societies where women are related with work and material values have overcome individual relationships and interests have become the determining factor.
