This research aims to design and build a program using hypermedia for teaching the skills of drawing a female industrial pattern to the deaf, and to ensure the effectiveness of using the program at the cognitive achievement level and the skillful performance of the deaf in addition to getting acquainted with the views of the deaf and their response about the proposed program and its study style, and the research has followed The semi-experimental curriculum using one experimental group.

Tools were prepared to evaluate the proposed program, which consisted of a pre-and post-test achievement assessment of knowledge, a skill test, after verifying the sincerity and consistency of the tools, the effectiveness of the program was measured by applying it and its evaluation tools to a sample of deaf students at the Amal School in Lebanon Square.

They number (7) students who specialize in clothes.

The results of the research showed the effectiveness of the program on cognitive achievement and skill performance.
