Abstract EN

Renting wombs is one of the innovations of medicine generally human reproduction and the treatment of infertility especially renting wombs is an innovation of western civilization (Europe and America).

Recintily it became known in Egypt.

Renting wombs is taking an egg from awomen unable to carry pregenancy fertilizing it with her huspand's spem then implantiny it in the wombs of another women in rutern for apayment.

This method is spreading now days.

Then infittrated in to our Islamic world.

This matter makes our scholers (Imam's) to address these phenomena by holding seminars and conferences to show the legitimacy this subject in juris prudence.

So I have written in this matter in order to know the legitimacy in various froms.
