Inventions are generally covered by confidentiality, in order to satisfy the general interest of society and to devote the technological breadth of sustainable development, being necessary in the disclosure of the secret of the invention.

It starts with the clarity of the confidentiality framework, in the case of unpatented inventions, as it can include undisclosed information as well as technical knowledge, and also determines the importance of the secrecy of the invention in the case of patented inventions, as well as inventions for which patents have been granted.
