This study deals with the problem of human security in the Arab region in light of the internal challenges and the new multi-level Globalized transformations, Where it began to raise heated debates in most Arab countries on the scientific requirements and policies that are able to consolidate the values and practices of human security in the Arab region, Through the growing academic discourse calling for activating the system of governance and democratic construction as an entry point to achieve human security in the Arab world, Considering that this multidimensional approach is a recipe for political, economic and security reform, Because of the advantages it offers in the process of building human security policies that meet the demands of human dignity in the Arab world
