In this article we seek to clarify the constitutional mechanisms to combat corruption in Algeria and to highlight the National Commission for the Prevention and Combating of Corruption as an effective model in the fight against corruption as an independent constitutional constitutional institution with moral personality and financial and administrative independence.

Corruption and identify the main obstacles that hinder its work and conclude our study by making some suggestions and recommendations that we see may contribute to our belief in the effectiveness and independence of the National Commission for the Prevention and Control of Corruption.
