Abstract EN

The Algerian legislator makes several reforms in the judicial field, especially after the recent constitutional amendment 2016, which placed more guarantees of the state of law and freedoms.

Therefore, we address in this intervention the issue of the reforms of the administrative judiciary.

The Public Prosecution has the administrative judiciary as a model.

The highest authority in the administrative judiciary.

These reforms by the legislator raise several legal points that we address in the intervention, especially as they violate the French system, which is the cradle of administrative justice.
