The illegal immigration has become one of the most important topics of interest to the international system as it is related to security, especially after the 11th September events, as a result it became a threat to security and stability of the receiving countries for illegal immigrants.

Since the illegal immigration topic is still included in the priorities supreme policies of each state, they have sought to combat or reduce it by developing several security strategies and mechanisms, and even social ones in order to achieve this goal.

It is often dealt with this phenomenon of migration as a police security administrative file away from social, psychological disciplines, and its treatment was within general policies which keep the file closed within security services and away from civil society and relevant organizations in the field of awareness.

Treatment and solutions require States to review their economic development, legislative policies and the inclusion of humanism to deal with this issue in line with the international standards and conventions and protocols aiming to reach a comprehensive effective treatment with the involvement of all actors in this field.
