Since the Algerian experience was an important part of this issue, it was necessary to analyze the energy reality in Algeria and to explore the possible possibilities for the future associated with this reality.

This is why this issue has attracted the attention and interest of researchers in various sciences.

The aim of the research was to discover the energy approach of Algeria, And then identify the reasons for the weakness of the success of this approach in achieving economic security, which highlights the importance of this subject, which is to measure the extent of the Algerian government's understanding of the need for change and the governance of energy options.

Here we put the following question: What is the reality of energy in Algeria? To what extent did Algeria recognize the need for energy transfer?
