Tourism is strongly related to real-estate which makes these two industries deserve to be taken into attention.

all countries are striving to establish a well built tourism infrastructure that will make tourists head straight forwardly towards it.

Hence, countries are working to link theire heritage or modern properties with encouraging its tourism.

Tourism and real-estate are two sides of the same coin seen as vital factors pushing the economic wheel besides supporting confort and leisure as wel as investment and their financial returns.

This paper aims are shedding light on tourism property that is highly important in playing an effective role in enhancing the national economy to overcome the crisis eperienced lately by the country due to the collapse of oil prices.

Therefore the algerian legislator launched several laws throughout different stations to regulate and protect it, highlighting law n°03-03 concerning the expansion areas and tourist sites to improve the tourist destination of the country.
