The research aims to know the extent of the development of the application of the internal dimension of social responsibility in the "Sonatrach" company, which operates in a field in which work accidents are frequent and varied, by revealing the statistics related to these incidents, and identifying the measures that the company has taken during recent years in the field of protecting human resources by minimizing Work accidents to which he is exposed, in addition to identifying various health protection, occupational safety and entertainment programs.

Among the findings, a decrease in the rate of work accidents was recorded, starting from 2017, when it reached 20% compared to previous years, and this was a result of very strict procedures in the application of occupational safety and security instructions and the intensity of awareness-raising processes for risks in the work environment.
