Abstract EN

Legitimate duties in Islamic law can be established only in accordance with the terms of utterances , and their implications, as they are the way to interpret the texts and explanate and elicit Legitimate judgments.

Some the Qur'anic texts can only be achieved by interpretation, and the mechanism of interpretation does not move unless the semantics of the utterances are defined in terms of clarity and ambiguity.

Thus scholars have classified the Qur'anic terms into two parts: clear Significance and vague Significance, and this trend went in two ways: the path of speakers (almutakalimin ) and the path of the Hanafia.

So, what are the determinants of the semantics of utterances in terms of clarity and ambiguity? And how did scholars among speakers (almutakalimin ) and the Hanafia deal with it?
