هدفنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم نموذج تطبيقي لتوضيح أثر تقلبات أسعار النفط العالمية على مؤشر أسعار الاستهلاك في ظل غياب ووجود الإصلاحات الاقتصادية و مدى تأثير ذلك على الاقتصاد الجزائري خلال الفترة 1986-2016 وذلك باستخدام نموذج أشعة الانحدار الذاتي (Var).
حيث كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن درجة التأثير التي تمارسها صدمات أسعار النفط على مؤشر أسعار الاستهلاك (التضخم المحلي) كما أظهرت اختبارات السببية – حسب مفهوم Granger- أن متغيرة سعر النفط تساهم مساهمة معنوية أو تسبب التضخم في الجزائر و أشارت نتائج محاكاة الصدمات و تحليل دوال الاستجابة الدفعية بدورها أن مستوى مؤشر الأسعار يستجيب استجابة معنوية–إحصائيا- لصدمات أسعار النفط خلال فترة الدراسة.
Abstract EN
In this study, we presented an applied model to illustrate the impact of international oil price fluctuations on the consumer price index in the ence and existence of economic reforms and the impact on the Algerian economy during the period 1986-2016 using the Var model, The results of the impact of oil price shocks on the consumer price index (local inflation), and tests of causality - according to the concept of Granger - that the variable price of oil contribute significantly or cause inflation in Algeria, The level of the price index responds positively to the oil price shocks.
