Abstract EN

This study aims to know the effect of applying TQM principles in acquiring Competitive Priorities in the cement company of Sour El-Ghozlane (SCSEG).

To achieve the aims of the study, the researchers designed a questionnaire and it was distributed on a random sample from the institution's tires, they number (77) frame, and Data processing using the Social Sciences Statistical Package (spss).

The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: that there is a positive correlation relationship and statistically significant effect of applying the principles of total quality management on the acquisition of competitive priorities in the institution under study.

The study recommends the necessity of maintaining the competitive priorities acquired and focusing more on acquiring the priority of creativity.
